SSL.com is pleased to announce a new partnership with Entrust. This collaboration will see SSL.com supporting Entrust’s public TLS certificate lifecycle, ensuring that Entrust continues to meet the highest standards of reliability and customer satisfaction.
Entrust will leverage SSL.com’s expertise and full browser ubiquity to provide seamless, secure, and robust certificate services.
Key Points for Entrust Customers
- Seamless Transition: There will be no service interruptions or changes in account management. Customers will continue to use the Entrust portal as they always have.
- Continued Trust: SSL.com’s support will ensure that Entrust’s certificate services remain robust and secure.
- Moving Forward: We advise Entrust customers to renew their certificates before October 31, 2024, to ensure they remain trusted until expiration (up to 398 days). Renewals can be managed through Entrust’s lifecycle solutions, automation tools, or the Certificate Services Portal.
- SSL.com plans to implement multiple integration paths with Entrust, including Entrust serving as an external Registration Authority (RA) for Identity Validation. As an external RA, Entrust will be aligned with the policies and practices of SSL.com, with SSL.com acting as the Certification Authority.
